We offer well bred quality horses for sale at our facility.

Lighted Indoor Arena and a climate controlled Viewing-Room with concessions. The barn houses the office, a climate controlled tack room, fully enclosed feed room, hot & cold water wash bay, 12 x 12 matted stalls and there are automatic waterers in the pastures. We have an outdoor arena just off the barn area.

Located conveniently just off State Route 130 approximately 23 miles south of Champaign-Urbana.
DIRECTIONS TO TAPS
From I-57 take Exit 212 at Tuscola, IL. At the bottom of the ramp turn to the east on Route 36 and travel east until you come to STATE ROUTE HWY 130 NORTH (toward Urbana) go approximately 1 mile (you will see the white 3-rail pvc horse fence on the west side of the highway). There is a green road sign at the gravel drive between the fences that is River Oaks Road and we are the first house. You will see the arena from the highway.

Our facilities are available for equestrian meetings and events.
Haul-In Arena Rental is available by appointment.
A copy of a current Coggins, vaccinations and signed Release of Liability must be on file.
Need to practice before the show, run a few barrels or just tired of the snow and want to ride inside ...
